Job Description
POSITION TITLE: Bid Co-ordinator (Tenders)
POSITION REPORTING TO: Bid Manager
DIRECT REPORTS: Head of Business Development
OFFICE LOCATION: Two Roads Head Office
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
As a Bid Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for managing the bid process, by ensuring compliance with the client’s requirements, and coordinating the input of various stakeholders. It can be a high-pressure job with many targets to hit, you need to have your finger on the pulse, to always looking for innovative and inspiring ways to present the information to deliver quality output. The focus is to make sure that you facilitate the sourcing, development, and submission of bid proposals to prospective clients, timeously and within budget, for the Two Roads Group.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Master of the Deadline: Analysing tenders, gathering information, and ensuring all components of the bid are completed and submitted on time, every time.
- Content Management: Working closely with subject matter experts to develop compelling narrative, technical specifications, and persuasive costings.
- Eagle-Eye: Proofreading documents with a hawk’s eye, ensuring zero typos, inconsistencies, or missed details.
- Communication Champion: Liaising with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders, keeping everyone informed and on the same page.
- Process Professional: Streamlining bidding workflows, implementing best practices, and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
- Data Detective: Tracking bid performance, analysing results, and contributing to the development of winning strategies.
- Produce written proposals and responses to RFI’s, RFQ’s and RFP’s
- Implement and maintain a controlled access storage folder for data & bid information.

- Grade 12 (Matric certificate) / Diploma (Project Management/ relevant qualification will be adventurous)
- At least 3-years’ experience in the same or similar role
- Valid Driver’s License
- Bids Co-ordination experience
