At Applied Welding Technology (AWT), we offer welding, machining, fabrication and testing. Our focus is on welding and machining critical parts in a variety of materials. We weld materials that generally operate in high-temperature, high-pressure environments and materials that are exposed to erosive conditions. We rebuild with base materials and clad surfaces with Stellite, Inconel, Bronze, Stainless Steel, Monel, and other materials on items weighing several tons, down to nozzles with 32mm bores. We are specialists at restoring critical components of machines back to their original condition and providing our clients with solutions to complex structural and material needs.
Applied Welding Technology
Quality control and assurance are fundamental in all our processes, hence, we closely monitor every step while conducting industry-standard tests at all pre-determined intervals, along with the accompanying documentation. Our on-site teams can perform specialised welding tasks such as repairs on valves, pumps, fans, valve chests, diffusers, and other equipment. In addition, they also perform seat replacements on welded valve bodies (Gate and NRV types), resulting in minimal down-time and cost savings for clients.
