Duties & Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems and components
- Support senior engineers in project execution and documentation
- Perform basic analysis, calculations, and simulations
- Contribute to innovative solutions for engineering problems
- Participate in prototype development and production support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing and quality assurance

Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- A completed Mechanical Engineering qualification (NQF Level 7) or equivalent from an accredited institution
- 2 – 3 years of experience in an engineering or technical field (internships or full-time)
- Strong technical foundation and problem-solving ability
- Proven multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) is an advantage
