Duties & Responsibilities
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE ROLE
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring timely communication and resolution of client issues.
- Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
- Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Identify opportunities for growth within assigned accounts and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Achieve sales targets by promoting the company’s products and services to key clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement account plans that align with business objectives.
- Strategic Account Planning:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for each key client, focusing on client retention, growth, and long-term partnership.
- Monitor account performance and adjust strategies as necessary to meet client and company goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the Group Commercial Manager and other relevant departments on market trends and client feedback.
- Contract Management:
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients to secure favourable terms for 2Roads Trading.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions and manage contract renewals.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and market analysis for the Group Commercial Manager.
- Analyse account performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Customer Satisfaction:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality products and services that meet client expectations.
- Manage and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or e A Master’s degree is advantageous
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or a related field, preferably within the industrial manufacturing or engineering services sector.
