Mr Kingsley Duba

Kingsley is the founder and Chairman of Two Roads and its subsidiaries. He was previously the Managing director of Mokoena Consulting Hut responsible for setting up corporate governance structures for various SOEs. His core skills are in turnaround strategies, corporate restructuring, corporate governance, and business development.

Kingsley was previously a lecturer of strategic planning & management at the University of the North’s Graduate School of Leadership. Kingsley also served on the advisory committee of the MBA program at the University of the North. He also previously served as a Board Member and Chairperson of the Finance committee at Polokwane International Airport, Small Enterprise Development Agency (SEDA), Limpopo Road Agency, and Gauteng Enterprise Propeller.

Kingsley currently chairs the valve and actuators manufacturing cluster of South Africa (VAMCOSA) whilst he continues to grow Two Roads and its subsidiaries within South Africa, the African continent at large, and elsewhere around the globe.
