Job Description
This role requires a blend of sales acumen, technical knowledge, and customer service skills to effectively promote Groupline Projects’ products and services in a competitive market.
Duties & Responsibilities
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE ROLE
- Sales and Business Development:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies and action plans tailored to client needs.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and technical support.
- Conduct regular client meetings to assess satisfaction and identify additional needs.
- Technical Expertise:
- Provide detailed product knowledge and technical support to clients during sales presentations, site visits, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure technical feasibility and accurate project delivery.
- Market Research and Reporting:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the Operations Manager and Chief Commercial Officer to align sales efforts with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Accurately forecast sales pipelines and provide regular updates to management.
- Continuously improve technical and market knowledge to stay competitive in the industry.

Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales or a related role, preferably within the construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively as required.
